Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the CashLinx platform (the "Service") and is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including practice staff and client-portal users. We may update this AUP from time to time.

You agree not to

  • Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another practice or client that you are not authorized to see, or otherwise circumvent tenant isolation and access controls.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others, including privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication or security measures, except as expressly permitted under our responsible disclosure process on the Security page.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or scrape data beyond your authorized use.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to send unsolicited or deceptive communications.
  • Submit data you do not have the right to submit, or connect an accounting or banking account without authority to do so.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials confidential and secure, and use a strong, unique password.
  • Ensure that people you invite to a client portal are authorized to see that client's data.
  • Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security issue at security@mycashlinx.com.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, its users, and their data. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access under the Terms of Service.
